Short and plain. This is a small service and it keeps very little.
Your name, address and order are typed on the page and put into a WhatsApp (or email) message that you send yourself. They are not saved on our servers. The only place they go is the shop you send them to.
We save what you enter: shop name, WhatsApp number, email (if you add one), delivery amounts, products with prices and photos, and any payment details such as an EcoCash number. All of this is shown to anyone who opens your order page, so only enter what you are happy to make public. Your email, if you add it, is used for the "email this order" option on your page.
We keep only a scrambled copy of your edit key, so we cannot read it. If you lose it we can make you a new one after checking it is really you.
If a shop takes bookings, we save which times are taken (the shop, the date and the time) so two people cannot book the same slot. We do not save the customer's name or details; those go only in the WhatsApp message. Old times are deleted after the date passes.
To stop abuse, we keep a short-lived counter for each connection (a scrambled fingerprint, not your address) for up to a few hours. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share your information.
Message us on WhatsApp and we will delete your shop and everything in it. Photos and text already shared by others, for example a link preview Facebook has saved, are outside our control.
